| There seems to be a lot of confusion regarding what you can and
can't say to an applicant when they are declined. You CAN (and should)
tell them why they have been denied (because of their credit report, income, references,
etc.).
You SHOULD NOT disclose any details contained in the report we furnished. When
a declined applicant calls us and asks, "Why was I denied?" we don't know!
You must tell them WHY, and we can tell them HOW to get a copy of their report.
