How do I get started with Rental Research?   Just complete a User Agreement to open an account. 

Why do we require a User Agreement?      It's required because of the Fair Credit Reporting Act.  

Why should I pay a Setup Fee?     It's worth it to you because of all the services we'll provide to you.  Such as Free Rental Applications, help, advice, and personalized service over the internet and telephone. It's just a one-time fee.

Who's in charge?  Zaran Sayre is the CEO.  Mr. Sayre has 37 years experience in the rental industry and holds the professional designations of CPM (Certified Property Manager) and CAM (Certified Apartment Manager).
