complete a
User Agreement
and Submit it.
It will take about 60 minutes to set up your
account during
business hours (M-F 9:00 - 5:00 PM (Pacific
Standard Time) Sat 10:00 - 2:00).
You will receive an Email
acknowledgement with your account#.
There is a one time "Setup Fee"
of $50
which can be
charged to a Visa/MC/Discover Card
(if you do not
have a Business Tax ID or Business License you will
be asked
for a copy of your driver's license.)
