Credit Reports

The Credit Report is very important because it reveals the paying habits of the applicant.  Are they paying other people on time?  Do they have huge amounts of unpaid debt?   Do they have judgments or collections? This is information you will get from the credit report.  Very important.  You should run a credit report on every applicant. The Credit Score can give you a quick idea of the applicant's credit.

Credit reports have abbreviations and symbols you will need to learn.  It's quite easy because our reports come with a detailed legend.  You will pick it up in no time. (consider going to The Credit Clinic)  Remember, if you have any questions call us (800-654-4936) and we will explain the credit report to you.

A very good way to learn how to read credit reports is to request a WriteBack Report the first time.   The WriteBack report is explained in detail to you.   The WriteBack can be emailed or faxed to you and then we call you at your requested time with a detailed explanation.

Our credit reports include an Eviction Search and a Prior Records Search so you are actually getting three searches.  Very powerful.

Remember, if you have any questions just call us (800-654-4936).

Next, if you want specific information about how to read a credit report we suggest going to The Credit Clinic .

Thank You.
