How do I get started with Rental Research?  If you are a business that owns or manages rental property and you want to be Certified to receive credit reports on your rental applicants you can start by downloading the Membership Application, it is a complex process to become Certified, including a site inspection.   However, if you do not want to go through that procedure or you are not a business we have several other options for you.  Such as... the DataBack Report, or the DataBack Plus.  These reports give you vital information about your applicant.  Call us to get started, 253-838-9545.

Why should I pay a Setup Fee?     It's worth it to you because of all the services we'll provide.  Such as Free Rental Applications, help, advice, and personalized service over the internet and telephone. It's just a one-time fee.
