Requirements
A new Membership
Application, Letter of Intent, Banking References,
Service Agreement, Business Verification, and a Site
Inspection is required to get credit reports. Members without
businesses or electing not to complete these
requirements will not be able to receive credit
reports but will be able to get other data, such as
our new DataBack
and DataBack Plus
, reports. Please
read "New Federal Requirements" in the center column

Pass/Fail Report
The
Pass/Fail (PF) report is for Members that
qualify but no site inspection is required.
The Pass/Fail is for the credit portion of the
report only and can be used with all reports that
report credit. For example, they would
be FastBack PF, WriteBack PF,
QuarterBack PF, FullBack PF, and FullBack Plus
PF. The prices are the same as the regular
report.
We will pull your
applicant's credit file and let you know whether or
not they meet your credit criteria. You set
the criteria (Criteria Form
PDF) we tell you if your applicant passes on
fails the credit part of the report.

New Federal Requirements
Please keep in mind this
is a Nationwide Compliance requirement
and the most sweeping change we have
seen in our 30 years of business.
As you may imagine we are getting

Service Agreement.

Latest Scoop!
Current RRI Members now have
a choice of three levels of
service.
Limited
Membership
No new paperwork or action
needed. Limited
members can get nationwide
criminal, eviction and
reference verifications, but
no credit file info.
Pass/Fail
Membership--Requires
re-certification of account
(new paperwork), but no
on-site inspection.
Pass/Fail Members give us
their criteria on their
perspective applicant. We
access the credit file and
tell you whether or not they
meet your criteria. We
cannot divulge specific
information from the credit
file, and cannot send the
credit info with the report.
Certified Membership--Requires
Business Membership
Application, Banking
Reference, Letter of Intent
and On-site inspection.
Certified members will still
be able to receive full
credit file information.
Let us
know which level of
Membership you are
interested in, and we can
get you the paperwork you
need (if any).
New
Members can qualify for
the first two levels with
proper documentation and
paperwork. To qualify for
Certified Membership, they
must have a Business
License, LLC or Corporation
which pertains to their
landlord or property
